Brothel, studio, agency — the actual differences
These three get used interchangeably online and they are not the same thing at all.
A licensed brothel is a fixed, permitted premises. You go to it. The people working there are registered. It has published hours and a published price list.
A studio or massage parlour is also a fixed premises but is usually licensed as something else entirely. Whatever happens inside, the paperwork describes a different business, and the legal position is correspondingly murkier.

In Greek you will see μπουρδέλα, μπουρδέλα στην Αθήνα, bourdela, bourdela athina and οίκοι ανοχής — the last being the formal legal term for a licensed premises.
These are used loosely online and frequently describe agencies rather than actual premises, which is a large part of why the search results are so confusing. A site using the word does not mean there is a building behind it.
