Erotic massage in Greece means different things in different places, and the practical answer depends almost entirely on where you are. This page covers how it works country-wide — what is legal, how the studio and outcall markets differ, what it costs in the cities versus the islands, and how to avoid the traps that are the same everywhere.
The legal position, briefly
Sex work is legal in Greece and regulated rather than merely tolerated. Adults may do it voluntarily.
Massage as a service sits in a slightly different place. Licensed massage premises exist and operate under ordinary commercial licensing; establishments where the service goes further are frequently licensed as something else entirely, which is a matter between them and the authorities but is worth knowing before you walk into one.
What is illegal everywhere and without exception is anything involving a person under the age of consent or anybody who is not there voluntarily. That is not a grey area, and any premises where that seems to be the case should be reported rather than patronised.

Two markets, one search term
Across the whole country, this search returns two quite different things.
A studio or parlour is a fixed premises you travel to, usually with a menu of durations and several people working there. These are concentrated in the larger cities and are a legitimate part of the market.
An outcall booking brings a companion to your hotel or apartment, with massage forming part of the booking rather than being timed separately. This is what we arrange, and it is the dominant model outside the big-city centres.
Neither is better. They suit different people, and knowing which you want saves the most time of anything here.
How it differs by region
Athens has both markets at scale. Studios cluster in specific parts of the city; the outcall market is large and operates across the whole Attica basin. Prices are the national baseline.
The islands are almost entirely outcall. Property is expensive, seasons are short, and a fixed premises rarely makes commercial sense — so on Mykonos and similar destinations you are booking somebody who comes to your hotel or villa, at rates above the mainland for structural reasons.
Smaller mainland cities vary considerably, and the market thins quickly outside the main centres.

What an outcall massage booking involves
A companion arrives at your hotel or apartment for an agreed duration. Massage forms part of the time rather than being timed separately, and what else happens is a private matter between two consenting adults.
She brings oil. You provide the space — a bed is entirely sufficient and nobody expects a massage table. A hotel room works perfectly well and most of these bookings happen in one.
Skill levels vary honestly. Some companions have genuine training and it is stated on their profile; others offer it as something pleasant rather than as therapy. Ask, and we will tell you which is which rather than overselling it.
Book ninety minutes at least
The most useful practical advice on this page, and it holds everywhere in the country.
An hour does not work for this. Twenty minutes of massage inside a rushed hour is not the experience anybody is imagining, and it is the single most common reason people come away underwhelmed.
Ninety minutes to two hours is the sensible minimum; three makes it genuinely unhurried. Longer bookings are better value per hour throughout, because a companion prepares once and travels once regardless of duration.
What it costs across Greece
In Athens, an hour generally falls between €150 and €250 depending on the companion, with ninety minutes and two hours better value per hour.
On Mykonos and the popular islands, in-season rates run above that. Island accommodation costs a multiple of the mainland, transport is slow and expensive, and a season is roughly fourteen weeks — so a year of costs is compressed into a quarter of the year. Out of season it converges toward mainland levels.
Studios are generally cheaper per hour than outcall anywhere, because there is no travel and no choosing of a specific person.
Nothing should be priced by activity. Any listing quoting a base rate with supplements attached is building a negotiation you will have at the door, and that is true in every part of the country.
The traps, which are national
The advance deposit. Any request to send money before meeting — transfer, Revolut, voucher code — is a scam without exception, in every city and on every island. No established operation asks for one.
Photographs that are not the person. Ask when they were taken and who took them. A reverse image search takes thirty seconds and settles it.
The price that grows. One total, agreed beforehand, travel included.
The listing with nobody behind it. Directory entries outlive the businesses in them by years, because nobody removes paid listings. A high search position tells you nothing about whether anybody will answer.
Setting up the room
For an outcall booking, small things make a disproportionate difference.
Warmth. Greek apartments in winter and over-air-conditioned hotel rooms in August are both unpleasant for this. Adjust it before she arrives.
Towels. Two or three, plus a spare sheet if you care about the bedding.
A shower first. Yours, before she arrives. The most common piece of feedback we pass on and the easiest to act on.
Ten minutes to settle. Offer a drink and talk. Going straight to it is the thing most likely to make the booking feel mechanical.
The terms you will see
In Greek, ερωτικό μασάζ, μασάζ κατοίκον and various phrasings around a happy ending. In English, erotic massage, sensual massage, and body-to-body.
None of the vocabulary signals a different service level or a different price. They are different advertisers competing for the same search with different words.
What differs is whether there is a real roster behind the listing and whether the price you are told is the price you pay.
